AWANA - a fun filled ministry for all 4 yr olds through 5th grade students each Wednesday of the school year at 6:00 pm. The evening is filled with games, life-changing Bible stories, scripture memorization and lots of fun. Awana orientation is September 8th for all families and children attending 2010-2011. Awana begins September 15th from 6:00-8:00. The cost is $40 at registration and a $15 supply fee due in January. Complete our online Awana form and turn it in to the church office. AWANA FORMS

PARENT SUMMIT
The Katy Area Children’s Pastors Alliance is hosting Dr. Scott Turansky and Joanne Miller from the National Center for Biblical Parenting. These two tremendous speakers will spend time with parents from all over our Katy Churches & Community. Childcare is provided for $5 per child and each child will need to bring a peanut-free lunch. A meal will be provided for each adult in attendance.

FIELD TRIPS
Take a Field Trip with us every Wednesday! All preschool ages 3 through 5th grades are welcome to join us. All preschoolers ages 3-5 must have a parent chaperone. If you can help drive a church van please call us at the church office. If you have any questions call Edna or Christi 281-392-5099.

GENERATION AFTER GENERATION AWANA MINISTRY CONFERENCE 2010
September 11 we will be hosting the Generation After Generation Awana Ministry Conference 2010. Bring your Awana team and volunteers for a live simulcast to remember God’s faithfulness, reenergize their passion for ministry, and gain practical skills to apply in club. The conference is 8:00-4:30, registration begins @ 7:00 A.M. Cost is $30 a person and lunch will be provided by Chick-fil-A. For more information on the conference and breakouts click HERE:

BAPTISM CLASSES
July 25, September 26, and November 14 at 6:00 P.M. in room 217. These classes are for families with children interested in Salvation and Baptism. Maybe your child wants to be baptized or has been baptized and has more questions about it. Join us for a fun evening learning what the Bible has to say about baptism.
TRUNK OR TREAT
October 27 6:30-8:00. Join us for a fun night of trunk-or-treating in the parking lot. There will be lots of games, fun, and much needed family time. Come for a night filled with the message about Jesus Shining through us and go home with a bag full of candy!
LOCK-IN
For grades 3rd-6th. Join us at Inflatable Zone Katy for a night of fun, inflatables, miniature golf, batting cages, Euro bounce, all night air hockey, pizza, a movie, music lead by the Hype Team, and a story time of Why God Loves You So Much. Click HERE to go to Inflatable Zone Katy’s website.
All Children’s Ministry Events feature our electronic Check-In security system. All children must be checked in prior to entering their areas. Children may only be picked up by an adult with the matching tag and security number. Your child’s safety is our number one priority.
